Nimall is operated by ABU DUDU GENERAL TRADING FZ LLC, based at 708 RAK Business Center 3, Al Jazeera, Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, 85891. This policy applies to the Nimall app, website and customer services.

• Account details such as your name, email, phone number and securely hashed password.
• Order, delivery, address, return and customer-support information.
• Device and usage information such as IP address, browser, app activity and cookie identifiers.
• Payment status supplied by our payment partners. Nimall does not store your full card number.

• Create and secure your account, process orders and arrange delivery.
• Send transactional updates and respond to support, refund and dispute requests.
• Prevent fraud, protect the service and improve the shopping experience.
• Send marketing messages only where permitted; you can opt out at any time.
• With your explicit choice, use a short-lived anonymous product-view signal to improve “Customers also viewed”. Raw signals expire within 24 hours and are shown only as aggregates of at least 25 anonymous journeys.

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with trusted service providers such as payment processors, delivery partners, hosting providers and analytics services, or when the law requires it.

Account and commerce data is stored in protected systems with encrypted connections and controlled access. We retain information only as long as needed for service, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

• Review and correct your profile and saved addresses in the app.
• Ask for access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal information.
• Delete your Nimall account inside Account Settings, or begin at app.nimall.com/account-deletion.
• Request a portable copy of eligible data or withdraw marketing consent.

Nimall is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy as the app changes and will show the new effective date on this page.
