About these terms
Nimall is operated by Qpendo Hopes Electronics Trading L.L.C. By creating an account, using the app or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority in your market.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Orders and prices
- Prices, tax, delivery fees and discounts are shown before you place an order.
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; a contract begins when Nimall accepts the order.
- We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, delivery or fraud-prevention reasons and will explain the next step.
- Promotional codes follow the conditions displayed with each offer.
Payment, delivery and returns
Only payment methods displayed as available at checkout can be selected. Delivery estimates depend on destination and product availability. Returns are governed by the Refund & Return Policy shown inside this app.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Nimall for illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity.
- Do not interfere with service security, impersonate another person, or scrape and resell our content without permission.
- Product images, designs, text and Nimall branding are owned by us or used under licence.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Nimall is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms as Nimall develops. The latest version and effective date will always be available in the app.
